Bordailles Blanc

A superb blend which offers immediate charm on first sip, but which finishes with a much greater depth and viscosity. Bourgeron Blanc

A fantastic blend of California premium grape varieties with a finishing flavour profile that is distinctively French in style. Chardonnay

Gewurztraminer

LiebfrauMilch

Barolo

Bergamais

Australian Riverland Reserve

Italian Pinot Grigio

German Muller Thurgau

Müller-Thurgau (Moo-lehr Tirr-gow) Delicious flavours apricot, green apple and peach aromas of Riesling, and the early ripening qualities of Silvaner.A great sipping wine, it’s a perfect choice for potato chips (there’s nothing like a crisp glass of Müller-Thurgau and some crunchy chips!) but mostly it’s a very satisfying wine to quench a thirst in good company.


Australian Shiraz

Chilean Malbec

French Cabernet Sauvignon

Luna Bianca

Winexpert's biggest, boldest white wine ever. In the spirit of the great full-bodied Chardonnays of California and Australia, Luna Bianca is lush, golden and rich. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! While higher in alcohol than many white wines, it drinks well young nonetheless. Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, but it’s 'soft but strong' character makes it excellent for sipping alone.

Barolo

Large and robust, this style is the one that lovers of big wines are looking for. Made famous in Italy's Piedmont region - highly regarded for its finest wines - this Barolo is rich in flavour and deep in colour, with a rounded oak aroma that lingers on the finish. Not surprisingly, Barolo is a consistently popular offering year in and year out.


Cabernet Sauvignon

The noble California red grape. Rich in tannis, it produces a deep, full-bodied wine with intense aroma and flavour. A robust wine, perfect with red meat or wild game. Best when aged for several months.


Cabernet Merlot

This popular blend combines the plump, fruity, earlier ageing Merlot grape with the robust Cabernet Sauvignon grape for a powerful match.


Chianti

Luna Rossa

Argentine Malbec

Australian Cabernet Sauvignon

Australian Cabernet Shiraz

Australian Shiraz

The grape that was made for Down Under - its hot climate perfec for bringing out the best traits in this popular grape varietal. Australian Shiraz is seductively delicious, with startlingly rich, ripe aromas that deliver right through to the full zesty finish. Amazingly, the style allows for polished tannins early, so the young wine is not rough or harsh. The aged version retains the core fruit flavours of plums, cherries and blackberries, but gains extra polish. Pair this Shiraz with flavourful meals!


Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Chilean version of this classic boasts black pepper and berry bouquets. Notably flavorful, with tannins that develop with age. Pairs with beef, turkey, lamb and stews.


Chilean Merlot

Powerful fruit and spice flavor, with mellow tannins for a supple finish. Deserves ageing, but will develop quicker than Cabernet Sauvignon and will stand up to the same food pairings.


French Cabernet Sauvignon

The world’s most renowned red wine, from the world’s most renowned wine country. Deep ruby red colour, with characteristic fruit intensity balanced by strong tannins which, with the addition of premium French oak, results in a wine of rich complexity, fully realized with age.


French Merlot

Direct from the vineyards of southern France, this classic varietal is rich with ripe fruit and berry flavours, yet soft and elegant. Dry, full-bodied and deeply coloured, with a complex velvety taste accentuated with premium French oak.


Italian Amarone

Italian Amarone is a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas. Deep ruby red, this heavyweight wine exudes aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums, dried fruits, anise, raisins, bitter almond, tobacco, leather and molasses, and has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lengthens on indefi nitely from the huge volume of tannins. Delightful with food, Italian Amarone is often enjoyed by itself, sipped outside of mealtimes with good conversation and good friends.


Italian Barbaresco

Named for the village in Italy’s Piedmont region, recognized for its big, powerful red wines, full of tannins in their youth, yet aging into complex wines, with lush aromas, robust fruit flavors, and a dry, full finish. Similar in style to its Barolo cousin, yet more elegant and refined.


Italian Montepluciano

Montepulciano is a vigorous red grape variety widely planted over much of east-central Italy, capableof creating deeply coloured, rich red wines with blackberry fruit flavours and spicy, peppery tannin levels. Montepulciano generally produces wines that are smooth and mellow yet robust and mouth filling, with dependably high alcohol content. Superb with veal and pasta – an Italian gem you won’t want to miss.


Italian Sangiovese

Italian Sangiovese (san-joe-VAY-zee) has a bright red cherry character, overlaying strawberry notes, with hints of violets and white pepper. It's medium body and long, wonderfully smooth, tannic finish is livened by a zing of acidity and toasty oak..


Spanish Rioja

Spain’s finest red wine blend from the famous northern Spanish region. Tends toward the traditional French blends, combining bright berry and spice flavours, deep red colours and solid tannin backup. Includes premium oak for a soft, dry vanilla finish. Delightful when aged.


South African Pinotage

Delicate and balanced like a Pinot noir, with the hardiness and robust colour of Cinsault. Deep intense ruby colour with purple highlights. Layered aromas of raspberry, spices, red cherry, and fruitcake give way to rich complexity of flavours including raspberry, vanilla, plums, coffee. Smooth on the palate, easy drinking.

Australian Murray River Reserve

A full-flavoured and intense white from the Murray River wine region on the Victoria-New South Wales border. Herbaceous bouquets and ripe, tropical fruit flavours come through in this blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Muscat varieties. Crisp and dry, with refreshing acidity and a light hint of oak - perfect for seafood or Asian cuisines.


Chilean Chardonnay

Our Chilean Chardonnay displays charming flavours and personality: lively and medium-bodied, with citrus and apple notes. Versatile in matching with food, particularly with fine fish and seafood dishes.


French Chardonnay

The classic, from the country that made it famous in so many of its high-end white wine blends. Pleasantly dry, with medium acidity balanced with subtle hints of citrus and fruit. German Muller Thurgau

Developed as a cross combining the lively qualities of Riesling with the viticultural reliability of Sylvaner, Germany’s most widely cultivated grape attains rare heights in aroma and flavour. German Müller-Thurgau is crisp and clean, with a grapey fruit character, low to medium acidity, and a pleasantly fragrant aroma. Vibrant flavours of crunchy green apples are imparted in its floral residual sweetness, aided by the addition of our F-pack™* finishing package.


Italian Pinot Grigio

The uniquely Italian version of the well known Pinot Gris grape, picked earlier in Italy than in all other regions and well before its characteristic loss of acidity at ripening, for a bright, crisp, dry white wine with a gentle perfume and a detectable spiciness. Fresh, fragrant and lively, its flavours include a certain flintiness with hints of citrus and almonds.


Italian Verdicchio

Verdicchio is one of central Italy’s extremely popular white wine varieties, produced from the astonishingly lively Verdicchio grape. Its name is derived from verde, meaning green, referring to the yellow-green skin of the grape, which gives the wine a subtle, greenish hue. The aroma is delicate, light and fruity, and the flavour is pleasantly crisp and distinctly dry, with bright lemony acidity and a fresh, elegant finish that cleans the palate. Verdicchio allows for early consumption and pairs perfectly with seafood and cream sauce pastas.

New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling

The Columbia Valley produces many prestigious wines from their world class Riesling grapes. Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity, showing fantastic floral aromas and flavours of peach and apricot, while still maintaining a crisp freshness. This vivid fruitiness is enhanced by Winexpert’s unique new süsse-reserve finishing pack, making this Riesling a unique and proud addition to our Estate Series line.


Sonoma Dry Creek Chardonnay (unwooded)

A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical and citrus aromas and fl avours. The fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to shine through, and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish without the influence of oak.


Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Gris

A delicately balanced wine with mouth-filling texture lead to aromas of honey, pear, floral and lemon-citrus flavours. This wine will unfold to rich complexity and even greater texture after a year in the bottle.

Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel

The famous thick, gnarled and twisted old Zinfandel vines of Lodi in California’s Central Valley contribute to intense concentrated flavours in the grapes. The wine is deep and rich, with bold, zesty aromas and ripe berry fruits on the tongue. Robust and exciting, it bursts with a spiciness that is met head on by the premium French oak.


Napa Valley Stags Leap Merlot

A sublime Merlot from the prestigious vineyards of California’s Napa Valley, where ideal climate and soil conditions, combined with refined growing and cellaring techniques, allow for consistent high quality treatment of grape varietals. Harvested from the highly regarded Stag’s Leap District on the valley’s east bench, this Merlot is dry and medium bodied with a soft, supple fruity palate of plums and red berries. Its characteristic spicy aroma, accentuated with light warm oak, foreshadows the rich, round, smooth and mouth-filling flavour experience, finishing with lengthy elegance. A must-try for Merlot lovers everywhere.


Woodbridge Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon

The Woodbridge appellation in California’s Central Valley has established itself for producing distinctive, consistently excellent Cabernet. Woodbridge Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is the hearty red wine classic that lovers of fine Cabernet hunt down with passionate zeal – the king of red grapes in all its splendid glory. Our Cab has the trademark blackcurrant and cherry flavours, but its true triumph is the subtle weave of complex flavour compounds that contribute to the overall experience. Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Noir

Recognised for centuries as the Queen of grapes, Pinot Noir makes the old world’s most sought-after (and expensive wines). But in Oregon, Pinot Noir is making exciting new wines, and Yamhill County, poised between the cooling Pacific breezes to the west and the Willamette River to the east, makes some of the best. This remarkable wine creates a lasting impression on the palate and in the memory. Intense ripe-grape, mint, raspberry and black cherry aromas, along with smoky yet elusive oak make this a medium-bodied and rich wine. High in alcohol, it has intense flavour despite its delicacy. Like liquid silk, gently caressing the palate, the refined tannins are compelling, yet rounded. The intense varietal character is brilliantly expressed by our unique strain of yeast, which allows the true fruit to shine through this highly focused and delicious wine.


6 WEEK SPECIALTY WINES

Sherry

The Sherry kit combines two possibilities in one, allowing the creation of either Cream Sherry or Dry Sherry styles. Cream Sherry is rich and smooth, with the body of a fine liqueur. It is roduced from lusciously sweet selected grapes, and is excellent with desserts or snacks.  Dry Sherry is a well-balanced, straw-coloured sherry in the style of the great finos. Served chilled, it is a crisp, dry delight - the ideal aperitif.


Riesling Icewine

Prized as a unique sweet wine specialty, our Icewine - based on Riesling grapes - will surprise you with its body and complexity. Served chilled, this golden nectar should be sipped slowly to cherish its special charms.


Port

Rich, warm and generous in character, this full-bodied classic has been prepared to meet the demands of even the most discerning palates. Bold, with a distinctively long fruity aftertaste. Perfect to complete a meal.


Niagara Late Harvest Vidal

A unique and thoroughly enjoyable sweet wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or an after dinner treat. The Vidal grape is particularly known for its winter hardiness – its slow steady ripening and thick skins making it an ideal candidate for producing the rich, sweet late harvest style wines that the Niagara region in Ontario is known for. The finished product is an exquisite balance of honey, nut and apricot that dazzles on the tongue and delights on the finish.

California Santa Ynez Valley Syrah

Look for our new Crushendo™ grape pack to add more flavour and body intensity than ever before. This will be an enhanced deep colour and full bodied wine. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, plum, "jammy "fruit and a hint of black pepper spiciness lurking in velvety tannins. Flavours of blackberry, blueberry, herbs, black currant toast and vanilla.


Corvina Classico di Veneto

The power grape of Italy’s famed Valpolicella, Bardolino and Amarone, Corvina is renowned for fruity, full-bodied wines with cherry aromas and a hint of almond. The Veneto region stretches from the northeast border with Austria down to coastal Venice, with a mild continental climate ideal for long, controlled ripening and intense grapes. Corvina Classico has lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of almond, toast and spice and a richly tannic finish that has the fruit lingering on your palate for many minutes. In the historic footsteps of Amarone—a wine fermented with a reserve of crushed grapeskins—the Crushendo™ grape pack brings immense grape tannin and character to the wine, and the special yeast enhances the wonderful cherry fruitiness. Right out of the carboy this wine will have intense, gripping tannins, and although drinkable immediately, it will open up and blossom into a wine of unique power and elegance over two to four years.


Montagnac Vieux Chateau d'Oc

A medium-full bodied bold wine, ruby red in colour with a deep dark plum and blackberry bouquet showing subtle accents of chocolate. Rich, lush and complex, soft black fruits combine with a hint of spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish on the palate.
